Harper Invites Residents to Discuss State Issues Over Coffee


CHICAGO – State Rep. Sonya Harper, D-Chicago, is hosting a Coffee Shop Stop to listen to constituent concerns and discuss ways to improve local neighborhoods and the state. The event will take place Monday, Feb. 27 at Kusanya Café located at 825 W. 69th St, Chicago from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m.

“Hosting small events like this one helps me continue to meet residents across my district,” said Harper. “We are facing difficult times in Illinois and because of that I think it is even more important that I be available to hear the needs of people in my district. I encourage everyone to come out and have some coffee or tea with me as we discuss the issues that matter you most.”
